Kristy is a recognized industry expert advisor in the areas of auditing, coding, education, and CDI. She has held strategic leadership positions in vendor, facility, and physician pro-fee environments. As a successful instructor and team builder, Kristy has educated new and seasoned coders, CDI professionals, payers, physicians, and other specialized clinicians. Kristy’s work builds trusted and enduring partnerships with clients.

Kristy has led top-performing revenue cycle transformation for major health networks and worked with domestic and global delivery teams to ensure performance outcomes, providing technical and subject matter expertise. She has also served in a variety of roles, including VP of Operations, Client Services Director, Manager of ICD-10 Coding and Clinical Education, and Corporate Coding Manager.

Allison brings over 15 years of clinical nursing and clinical documentation integrity (CDI) experience at both academic medical centers and community hospitals.
Allison brings over 10 years of cardiac and surgical care nursing experience at academic medical centers, and 10 years of experience in CDI, quality initiatives, health information management (HIM), and electronic medical records (EHR). She has assisted in creation, development, and management of CDI programs at large urban academic health systems, as well as served as a presenter for national organizations regarding CDI’s role in non-traditional settings, hierarchical condition categories, Patient Safety Indicators, and mortality risk adjustment.

Driving CDI initiatives focusing on both education and quality, Allison understands the complex demands of clinical data integrity. She manages a robust team of clinical documentation integrity experts in inpatient and outpatient settings, and develops and leads education and training sessions for clinical documentation specialists, coders, and providers. She and her team of industry experts are committed to providing knowledge-based training, support solutions, and excellent customer care to our client partners.

A recognized leader in the HIM field, Kim has more than 25 years of coding, auditing, and management experience in university and community hospital settings. Kim has authored high-level, knowledge-based training programs and her analytical efforts has resulted in significant consulting input on various federal agency coding procedures.

She has also served as project manager for a Big Four RADV audit and ICD-10 conversion for analytics software.

Kim’s leadership highlights consists of:

  • Designed a comprehensive ICD-10 training program and trained 100+ coders
  • Created lesson plans for Coder Instructor Resource Guide for Elsevier Publishing
  • Developed questions for CCA Exam Review for Northstar Learning (Archipelago)
  • Assisted AHIMA with CCS question writing and developed CCS Preparatory Workshop
  • Published articles in HFMA’s Revenue Cycle Strategist and For the Record

Kim is president of SePHIMA and is a distinguished presenter for national associations. Her additional experience includes adjunct faculty roles at Temple University, Gwynedd-Mercy College, Peirce College, Thomas Jefferson University, and Study Mentor at Western Governors University.

Ryan is at his best when focused on nurturing and implementing client goals. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago where he lettered in football and lacrosse.

Jeanie’s vast experience in the Health Information Management (HIM) industry is at the foundation of all Intellis IQ Education efforts. With the majority of her experience focused on the outpatient physician practice arena, she brings extensive experience as a business and practice manager. Jeanie provides coding, auditing, billing, and education services to physicians and their staff in one-on-one, small and large group settings. Her past and present teaching experience includes CPT, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, Medical Coding Practicum, Health Care Reimbursement, and Medical Terminology.

Jeanie currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Health Information Technology program and is the lead medical coding instructor at Camden County College. She is also a coding instructor and a member of the HIT/Medical Coding Specialist Program/Cancer Information Management Advisory Committee for Santa Barbara City College and served as a lead auditor for a Big Four RADV audit.

Tabitha defines Intellis’ forward-looking workforce model and creates teams who work to be resources to themselves and others.

Tabitha has extensive experience managing teams throughout multiple organizations. Before joining Intellis, Tabitha managed the Talent Acquisition HIM department at Ciox Health. She shares her wealth of knowledge presenting and speaking on topics such as talent acquisition best practices and new techniques for national organizations such as Glassdoor and Jobvite.
