Dave has 29 years of diversified consulting experience serving clients in the HIM and CDI services industries, including large academic health care systems and Big Four accounting firms. Dave’s primary role is to ensure that clients have a seamless, cohesive and exceptional experience with Intellis. With distinct expertise in HIM, CDI, RCM and EHR project management, Dave brings a unique perspective to solving complex business challenges. Dave’s leadership focus is driving business transformation and expanding Intellis’ business excellence.
With over two decades of business development and professional services consulting experience, Dan’s focus remains on building solid business strategies, developing client relationships and advancing technology solutions for Intellis and client partners alike. Dan provides oversight for all sales, client services, talent acquisition and network partnerships. With his forward-looking industry perspective and business management experience, Dan supports clients with leading edge solutions for current and emerging challenges.
With over 25 years of Health Information Management (HIM) experience, Glenn brings expertise in delivering excellent client service with a focus on top performing Revenue Cycle transformation, EHR migration efficiency and patient identity integrity solutions. Glenn has a proven record of leading high performing, successful teams in providing world class HIM consulting services and delivering solid value driven results to client partners.
Shawn’s 25+ years of critical care nursing, clinical documentation integrity and health information management experience with concentrations in acute care documentation improvement, appeals management, coding and reimbursement, DRG and APC analysis, and compliance services. His leadership expertise focuses on driving large scale EHR implementations and clinical data abstraction projects for multi-level academic health care environments.
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Jeffrey brings a unique mixture of corporate/healthcare finance and information systems experience to the Intellis leadership team. He has previously owned and operated two healthcare consulting firms assisting hospitals, health care systems and physician practices in overall revenue cycle improvement processes and re-engineering.
Alex has over 15 years of experience bringing a unique mixture of corporate/healthcare finance as well as process and performance improvement programs utilizing the Lean philosophy to the leadership team. As a partner and Chief Administrative officer, Alex supervises the daily operations of the business and is ultimately responsible for its performance. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialty in International Business and Trade from Florida Atlantic University.
Allison brings over 15 years of clinical nursing and clinical documentation integrity (CDI) experience at both academic medical centers and community hospitals.
Allison brings over 10 years of cardiac and surgical care nursing experience at academic medical centers, and 10 years of experience in CDI, quality initiatives, health information management (HIM), and electronic medical records (EHR). She has assisted in creation, development, and management of CDI programs at large urban academic health systems, as well as served as a presenter for national organizations regarding CDI’s role in non-traditional settings, hierarchical condition categories, Patient Safety Indicators, and mortality risk adjustment.
Driving CDI initiatives focusing on both education and quality, Allison understands the complex demands of clinical data integrity. She manages a robust team of clinical documentation integrity experts in inpatient and outpatient settings, and develops and leads education and training sessions for clinical documentation specialists, coders, and providers. She and her team of industry experts are committed to providing knowledge-based training, support solutions, and excellent customer care to our client partners.
Debra “Dee” Bradford is an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Villanova University and brings over 20 years of senior people leadership. She has highly developed business acumen and has partnered with C-suite leaders from many business sectors, delivering strategies that realign corporate policies and procedures toward reaching strategic goals and reshaping corporate culture.
Dee has been a featured speaker at many SHRM Chapters on the East Coast and her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management (and another in HR), as well as a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dee is an “out of the box” thinker and a friend to everyone she meets.
Kristy is a recognized industry expert advisor in the areas of auditing, coding, education, and CDI. She has held strategic leadership positions in vendor, facility, and physician pro-fee environments. As a successful instructor and team builder, Kristy has educated new and seasoned coders, CDI professionals, payers, physicians, and other specialized clinicians. Kristy’s work builds trusted and enduring partnerships with clients.
Kristy has led top-performing revenue cycle transformation for major health networks and worked with domestic and global delivery teams to ensure performance outcomes, providing technical and subject matter expertise. She has also served in a variety of roles, including VP of Operations, Client Services Director, Manager of ICD-10 Coding and Clinical Education, and Corporate Coding Manager.
A recognized leader in the HIM field, Kim has more than 25 years of coding, auditing, and management experience in university and community hospital settings. Kim has authored high-level, knowledge-based training programs and her analytical efforts have resulted in significant consulting input on various federal agency coding procedures.
She is the project manager for a large scale HCC federal engagement. She also was the project manager for an ICD-10 conversion for analytics software.
Kim’s leadership highlights consists of:
- Designed a comprehensive ICD-10 training program and trained 100+ coders
- Created lesson plans for Coder Instructor Resource Guide for Elsevier Publishing
- Developed questions for CCA Exam Review for Northstar Learning (Archipelago)
- Assisted AHIMA with CCS question writing and developed CCS Preparatory Workshop
- Published articles in HFMA’s Revenue Cycle Strategist and For the Record
Kim is president of SePHIMA and is a distinguished presenter for national associations. Her additional experience includes adjunct faculty roles at Temple University, Gwynedd-Mercy College, Peirce College, Thomas Jefferson University, and Study Mentor at Western Governors University.
Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry focused on health information management, clinical documentation improvement, revenue cycle consulting services, and EMR Go Lives. Ryan is at his best when focused on nurturing and implementing client goals. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago where he lettered in football and lacrosse.
Jeanie’s vast experience in the Health Information Management (HIM) industry is at the foundation of all Intellis IQ Education efforts. With the majority of her experience focused on the outpatient physician practice arena, she brings extensive experience as a business and practice manager. Jeanie provides coding, auditing, billing, and education services to physicians and their staff in one-on-one, small, and large group settings. Her past and present teaching experience include CPT, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, Medical Coding Practicum, Health Care Reimbursement, and Medical Terminology.
Jeanie serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Health Information Technology program and is the lead medical coding instructor at Camden County College. She is also a coding instructor and a member of the Medical Coding Specialist committee for Santa Barbara City College. She is currently the senior lead auditor for a large scale HCC federal engagement.
